Reminder: Upcoming Hosted Voice Platform Upgrade

As per our recent e-mail notifications, Fusion will be performing an upgrade to the infrastructure that supports your Hosted Voice service to the most current platform. Please be assured there will be no interruption of service during this upgrade. The new platform will enable us to provide additional enhancements to our Hosted Voice services.

The Maintenance Window: The date of the upgrade will depend on the platform you were provisioned on. FusionWorks for legacy Speakeasy customers will occur on 7/8/2020 and FusionWorks for new and legacy MegaPath customers will occur on 7/15/2020. Your voice settings will not change as a result of the upgrade. Your features will also not change with the exception of CommPilot Call Manager, which allows users to control calls (using functions such as hold, transfer, and conference), via a web interface and the Outlook Toolbar, a locally installed Outlook plugin for basic click-to-call features will both be discontinued.
